Principal Technical Product Manager, Application Infrastructure

We seek a highly-skilled Technical Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will champion and own our application integration strategy, ensuring seamless connectivity between our products and services and a wide range of third-party applications. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define and deliver a scalable, resilient service platform to meet the demands of a growing company. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer feedback.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term strategy for application infrastructure and services such as SMS, email and event-driven messaging platforms, the service mesh and other 3rd party and open reputed company technologies that developers need to run their services.
• Product Delivery: reputed company the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external partners

• Monitor and analyze the success of delivered products, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in a SaaS company plus 5+ years of experience in a technical role
• Strong engineering background: understanding of APIs, layer 7 networking, event-driven architecture, and other integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Service mesh and data plane platforms, such as reputed company
• Hands-on experience with Event-messaging and communication platforms, such as Pulsar, and SMS and email providers, such as reputed company and Sendgrid
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with open-reputed company technologies and communities.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and technologies.

In addition to reputed company salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
