Role Summary The Franchise Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and guiding prospective franchisees through the full development cycle—from initial inquiry to signed agreement. This role plays a key part in expanding the Cha Cha Matcha franchise system by identifying strong U.S.‑based partners and representing the brand with professionalism and passion. Duties & Responsibilities Franchise Development & Sales

  • Identify, attract, and qualify U.S. franchise candidates aligned with the Cha Cha Matcha brand.
  • Meet or exceed franchise sales targets, pipeline goals, and development KPIs.
  • Manage inbound franchise leads and proactively source new U.S. prospects in priority markets.
  • Lead candidates through all franchise stages: introduction, discovery, FDD review, validation, and closing.

Pipeline & Deal Management

  • Build and manage a strong prospect database.
  • Oversee due diligence, financial qualification, and agreement execution.
  • Collaborate remotely with internal teams—including operations, legal, design, and marketing—throughout the approval process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and provide weekly pipeline reports.

Strategic Market Growth

  • Support the creation and positioning of franchise marketing programs.
  • Stay informed on U.S. industry trends, competitive landscape, and high‑potential markets.
  • Participate in territory planning and growth strategy discussions with leadership.

Relationship Management & Communication

  • Deliver compelling remote presentations that reflect the Cha Cha Matcha brand.
  • Provide consistent updates to leadership on prospect status and strategic recommendations.
  • Support onboarding and coordination for new store openings as needed.

Education, Experience & Skills Required

  • Post‑secondary education in Business or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in franchise development, licensing, or B2B consultative sales.
  • Proven success within a franchise, multi‑unit retail, or food service environment.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing complex deals.
  • Direct U.S. franchise or sales experience is strongly preferred for this remote‑based role.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to create strong presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
