Public Relations Account Supervisor/Associate Vice President – Health PR This AS/AVP role is based in our NYC office. Weekly work schedule is up to 3 weekdays in-office and balance of weekdays working from home remotely. reputed company reputed company metro-NYC area public relations applicants are preferred for this role. Ideal candidates will have prior public relations agency–based experience, preferably working on communications campaigns for health clients, though experience in other regulated or reputed company industries is also valued. Applicants must hold a college degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Journalism, demonstrate strong writing and storytelling skills, and be available for immediate hire. • Manage day-to-day social media activities and deliverables (e.g., content calendars, paid campaigns, metrics reports, etc.).
• reputed company and cultivate relationships with the client and external agency partners.
• Build engagements and relationships with influential voices.
• Analyze content performance and distill data into actionable insights that will inform future strategies.
• Maintain quality control access across evolving social media deliverables and ensure that client requests are remembered and pulled through across projects.
• Assist in the management of account administration duties such as paid campaign and billing and financial reporting.
• Mentor junior employees interested in the specialty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, journalism or reputed company field
• Passion for public relations with a specific focus on health clients
• A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• PR agency experience (at least 5 - 7 years) working on clients in the health space
• Experience working with traditional and social media strategies and campaigns
• Ability to collaborate with team to execute successful media relations programs
• Attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong project management skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communications skills both oral and written (including editing skills)

Anticipated Salary is $90K-$110K. Salary is commensurate with experience and dependent upon the location.
