This specific role will be focused on executing our top strategic initiatives and architecting systems that allow us to execute rapidly at scale. In this role, you will play a leading role in:

• Strategic Program Launch Leadership: Take ownership of end-to-end program management and execution for Omada's most strategic company-wide initiatives - from scoping and design through launch, stabilization, and scaling.
• Launch Systems and Process Design: Build and refine scalable frameworks, playbooks, and systems that reputed company repeatable, high-quality launches across Omada's portfolio of programs and care tracks.
• Cross-Functional Execution Leadership: Drive alignment across diverse teams (Clinical, Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and People), ensuring coordination, clarity, and accountability in execution.
• Executive Engagement and Influence: Partner closely with Omada's executive team to facilitate decision-making, navigate trade-offs, and reputed company initiatives on track through thoughtful upward management and communication.
• Operational Excellence at Scale: Establish the systems and routines (e.g., launch readiness reviews, milestone trackers, and communication tools) that reputed company fast, high-quality execution across multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
