Role Description Just The Pill seeks a dynamic, passionate, and values-focused Executive Director to reputed company our fully-remote abortion care and sexual health clinic. • Translates Just The Pill’s mission, reputed company, and values into priorities, goals, and strategies.
• Fosters shared accountability and responsibility across the organization for providing safe, inclusive, and high-quality patient care.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the organization, including directly supervising three direct reports.
• Creates and enacts standard operating procedures, and measures reputed company on the organization’s strategic goals.
• Develops and implements systems for identifying, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on key metrics, reputed company towards goals, and effectiveness of strategies.
• Ensures regulatory and safety compliance across the organization.
• Ensures digital systems and tools are used in ways that protect privacy, trust, and safety.
• Ensures strong fiscal and administrative management of JTP.
• Aligns budget reputed company with strategic priorities.
• Oversees the development and implementation of a sustainable fundraising plan.
• Ensures policies, practices, and norms align with JTP’s equity commitments and stated values.
• Works with the Director of People and Culture to foster a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
• Identifies, cultivates, and sustains strategic partnerships.
• Prepares and presents reporting for donors, funders, the Board of Directors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of reputed company leadership and supervisory experience in a nonprofit setting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working or volunteering in sexual or reproductive health and/or reproductive justice.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to reputed company reputed company and serve as JTP's primary spokesperson.
• Working knowledge of reproductive justice concepts and the ability to work effectively with people of varied backgrounds, abilities, and experiences.
• Ability to effectively manage and steward an annual budget of $4M+.
• Proficiency with technology and experience working and leading in a fully remote work environment.

• Familiarity with legal and regulatory processes for establishing medical service provision across multiple states.
• Familiarity with abortion reputed company law provisions and protections.

• Annual Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000.
• Work Environment: Fully-Remote (reputed company the United States).
• Salaried, Full-Time, Exempt position, expected 40 hours per week or more.
