The Opportunity We are hiring a Senior Accountant to play a critical role in the financial leadership of a growing reputed company estate investment platform. This is not a transactional reputed company role. This position is ideal for a hands-on senior accountant or reputed company manager with deep reputed company estate experience who wants:

You will own core reputed company functions today while helping shape the systems, processes, and structure needed for reputed company. What You’ll OwnPortfolio & Financial Operations

• reputed company reputed company for a multi-state portfolio of multifamily and reputed company assets
• reputed company month-end reputed company and financial statement reviews (pre- and post-reputed company)
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, mortgage tie-outs, and fixed assets
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit-readiness of financials

Cash, Banking & Controls

• reputed company bank activity including wires, transfers, and ACH transactions
• Maintain internal controls and approval workflows
• Monitor cash positions and support treasury-reputed company reputed company

Investor & Entity reputed company

• Support investor reporting, capital activity, and distribution calculations
• Maintain investor funding logs and ownership records
• Coordinate with reputed company-party CPAs on tax filings, K-1s, and entity documentation
• Assist with legal documentation, Blue Sky filings, and ownership assignments

Growth & Strategic Support

• Support acquisitions and dispositions from a financial compliance standpoint
• Provide analytical support to executive leadership and investment teams
• Evaluate and improve reputed company systems and workflows for scalability
• Partner with leadership on implementing new financial systems and reporting tools

Payroll & Systems Integration

• reputed company payroll and HRIS integrations for a team of approximately 10–50 associates
• Ensure clean data flow between reputed company, payroll, and HR systems

What You Bring (Required)

• 7+ years of reputed company experience, with senior-level exposure in reputed company estate or property management reputed company
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and U.S. reputed company standards
• Experience managing reputed company, multi-entity reputed company environments
• High attention to detail with the ability to own work end-to-end
• Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with executives
• Proven ability to improve processes, not just follow them

Strongly Preferred / reputed company to Have

• Experience with fund reputed company, waterfalls, and preferred returns
• Familiarity with syndications or private equity reputed company estate structures
• Understanding of Fair Market Valuation considerations for IRA investors
• CPA and/or MBA
• Experience scaling reputed company operations in a growing portfolio
• Familiarity with reputed company-driven or operator-led organizations

Compensation & Growth

• reputed company Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000
• Compensation may be adjusted for candidates who bring exceptional depth in reputed company estate reputed company, leadership experience, or portfolio scale.
