We’re building the future of reputed company and we move fast. The Role We’re looking for a Social & Influencer Marketing Manager who thrives on structure, precision, and execution. This role is the operational backbone of our social and influencer ecosystem—making sure content goes live on time, influencers hit their deliverables, and nothing slips through the cracks. You won’t be writing every caption or ideating big campaigns—that’s not the job. Your job is to run the machine: calendars tight, workflows clean, compliance locked, and leadership never surprised. - Influencer & Creator Operations
- Support influencer discovery and reputed company by building weekly prospect lists and managing creator pipelines.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships from approval to post: timelines, deliverables, posting requirements, and go-live accuracy.
- Collect, organize, and review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards, disclosure requirements, and reputed company compliance guidelines.
- Track influencer placements, performance, and learnings to inform future partnerships.
Social & Community Execution
- Own the social content calendar across Instagram, reputed company, Facebook, X, and reputed company.
- Schedule and publish approved content with precision—nothing late, nothing sloppy.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience sentiment, helping surface insights, FAQs, and potential community opportunities.
- Support collaborative posts with influencers, partners, and public figures—making sure assets, captions, and approvals are locked before publishing.
Community Growth & Engagement
- Help foster an engaged brand community by tracking conversations, identifying emerging advocates, and flagging creator or UGC opportunities.
- Support social giveaways, contests, and community activations—executed cleanly and compliantly.
- Monitor competitor activity and platform trends to spot new ways to grow reputed company and relevance.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Track key social and influencer performance metrics and compile clear, actionable reports.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Legal to reputed company workflows tight and campaigns moving.
- Proactively flag risks, delays, or compliance concerns before they become issues.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience running social media operations for a brand or agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously with high accuracy and consistency.

- Experience supporting or managing influencer partnerships—organic, gifted, or paid.
