In this role you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair and testing of a wide range of electrical or mechanical equipment. You will ensure safe workplace practices are followed at reputed company times and drive safety awareness through leading by example. This includes predictive, preventive and proactive maintenance analysis. You will work to reputed company codes and regulations while making equipment installations, adjustments and repairs in plant and office environments as well as assist reputed company contractors on major projects. This position requires a broad working knowledge of codes pertaining to your specific trade.

• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment, including reputed company handling units, boilers, chillers, and building automation systems.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain equipment and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions in systems and components using test equipment.
• Inspect equipment to identify hazards, defects, and ensure compliance with codes.
• Advise management on hazardous equipment conditions.
• Test systems and wiring for safety and compatibility.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and order supplies as needed.
• Work from reputed company, scaffolds, and roofs to install or repair equipment.
• Provide assistance during emergencies by operating generators and critical infrastructure.
