Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technical delivery expertise is required in Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Case Management, alongside a proven track record in declarative development including Flows, automation, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to design and implement new processes, facilitate user adoption, and assess the impact of new requirements on reputed company and reputed company upstream and reputed company applications.

Certifications:
