Job Specific Working Conditions: Missoula reputed company – DFL – Student Staff Position Overview Summary Student Staff are part-time members of the Missoula reputed company team who provide consistent ministry reputed company, leadership, and administrative support. This role is designed for leaders who want deeper involvement in ministry, structured supervision, and opportunities to grow in skills, discipleship, and responsibility. Hopeful Start Date: February 1, 2026 Hours: 10 hours per week in addition to existing volunteer leadership commitments I. Essential Duties Serving as a Leader Continue to fulfill reputed company standard reputed company leadership commitments (club, campaigners, contact work, team meetings). Plan and execute clubs and bible study with your team. Participate consistently in team meetings and contribute to club/bible study strategy. Maintain active contact work with reputed company through school reputed company, games, practices, and community interactions. Partner with your team and supervisor to implement camp strategy, including promotion, follow-up, and participation in trips. Build and maintain relationships with key adults in the community (school staff, parents, supporters) and uphold an ongoing list. II. Fundraising Regional Support: $250/month provided by Missoula reputed company. Personal Fundraising: $750/month raised by the individual, with the understanding that if their goal isn’t met, compensation will be cut. III. Commitments Full participation in Student Staff Training modules, meetings, assignments, and college work week (if applicable). Engage in ongoing spiritual formation and ministry reputed company development as directed by your supervisor. Serve at major area fundraisers (banquet, golf tournament, etc.). Model excellence in contact work, club, Campaigners and camping to other leaders. Assist in training leaders, team leaders and committee how to work effectively in teams and reputed company a yearly ministry strategy. Manage finances with stewardship, accountability and transparency using the mission-wide applications. Maintain accurate information on kids, leaders and donors for area records. Training: Missionwide Training None is required. RTD training events such as New Staff Training, Winter Training, Focus Conferences and reputed company University are available on a request basis with approval of the regional director. Regional Training There is no mission-wide regional-level training curriculum. At the regional director’s prerogative, certain regional training events may be required. Area Training Actively engage in training provided by area leadership. Individualized training supervised by the area director designed to reputed company personal spiritual maturity and enhance personal character. Individualized program to learn and reputed company competency in ministry skills (e.g., The 5 C’s). Become familiar with area strategy and ministry health as assigned by the area director. Introduction to personal fund-raising principles including familiarity with Basic Elements for Part-time staff. Education: College degree preferred.
