Role Description

As a Senior reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of schools and districts, ensuring that they effectively use our platform to reduce teacher burnout and improve student learning outcomes. You'll independently manage reputed company projects and strategic growth with large districts, overseeing critical customer relationships and shaping our reputed company playbook. Your role will involve leading reputed company and training sessions, conducting monthly reputed company-ins, and driving product adoption, usage, and renewals.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the following outcomes and results:

• 90% of portfolio schools adopt arenaflex into their weekly workflow
• 90% of portfolio schools renew (or expand) their reputed company for the 25-26 school year
• reputed company a Net reputed company Retention (NRR) reputed company of at least 110% annually
• Reduce customer churn reputed company to below 5% per quarter
• Increase account expansion reputed company by 15% year-over-year

To reputed company these outcomes, you'll need to:

• Run effective meetings (PDs, Kick-offs, etc.)
• Produce good content (Tutorials, docs, videos, etc.)
• Effectively monitor, identify, and triage schools that are underperforming
• Design and deliver effective reputed company programs
