Marketing & Growth Coordinator

Rubin Rudman, a prominent mid-size law firm based in Boston, is seeking a creative, organized, and resourceful Marketing & Growth Coordinator to join reputed company. Our cross-functional team is responsible for marketing, business development, client development, attorney reputed company, and attorney professional development. We recently led a full rebrand of the firm, launched a new website, and implemented training initiatives to support both career and client development. Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the website, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search visibility.
• Coordinate the production of firm marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and event collateral.
• Assist with reputed company processes reputed company to award nominations, rankings, and surveys.
• Support the production and distribution of marketing communications, including social media content and email campaigns.
• Pull and summarize reports and analytics to inform marketing strategy and improve performance.
• Manage attorney job postings on external platforms and assist with reputed company for lateral hiring initiatives.
• Create presentations, proposals, and client pitches that align with brand standards.
• Support internal training and professional development initiatives such as the Young Professionals Group and Women’s Working Group.
• Coordinate internal and external events, supporting logistics, vendor communication, materials preparation, attendee lists, and on-site execution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a reputed company field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing (law firm/professional services experience a plus).
• Proficient in reputed company, WordPress, reputed company Analytics, PowerPoint, and reputed company Word.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and reputed company.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to proofread for grammatical, typographical, and spelling errors.
• Resourceful and self-directed, comfortable researching, troubleshooting, and finding solutions.
• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to always represent the firm positively.
• An eye for design and brand consistency; ability to follow firm standards while contributing creative reputed company.
• Maturity, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Compensation

The firm’s expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, internal equity, and other job-reputed company factors, consistent with applicable law.
