Position Purpose and Impact

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, assisting with reservations, permits, and general inquiries. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service that meets and exceeds customer expectations. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, making you an integral part of reputed company's reputed company.

Responsibilities
