Energy Providers Senior Consultant - Puerto Rico

Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 25% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: As a Senior Consultant on the South Market Team in Puerto Rico, you will play a key role in the decarbonization of energy provider clients. In your project teams, you will collaborate with reputed company of energy experts to support critical and reputed company energy transition projects. You will be responsible for the development of project results and client management. You will own the delivery of project workstreams and interact regularly with the client to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting/leading day-to-day internal team meetings and coordinating/facilitating meetings with clients and their stakeholders. You will be expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to clients. We are looking for someone with passion who is interested in growing their expertise and industry relationships. They will have a passion for creative problem-solving, client service, and project management in Puerto Rico. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team in creative problem-solving to drive outcomes for clients
• Provide detailed fact findings, research, and analysis reputed company-reputed company activities (particularly energy efficiency, grid modernization, renewable energy, customer programs, new business models, and sustainability)
• Performing and reviewing technology assessments statistical analyses, and economic analyses leveraging spreadsheets
• Support workshops and working sessions between client departments and organizations to reputed company discussions, form relationships and facilitate reputed company-building
• Communicating solutions and new strategies to clients through reports and presentations
• Organizing and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for client deliverables
• Working effectively with colleagues and client staff as part of a project team, delegating work and managing colleagues as needed; work independently as needed

What You Will Need:

• Due to nature of client engagements, must either be a US Citizen or US Permanent reputed company
• Bachelor's in an engineering, business, economics, environmental, science or reputed company discipline and 3+ years of relevant energy industry or energy consulting experience (excluding internships/coops, or fellowships); Or Master's degree in an engineering, business, economics, environmental, science or reputed company discipline and 1+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience (excluding internships/coops, or fellowships)
• Currently reside in Puerto Rico or ability to relocate at own expense
• Demonstrated experience leading small teams, including advanced project management skills
• Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish
• Client service orientation

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with data analytics
• Strong interest in business strategy, energy efficiency, and sustainability

• Ability to work onsite in reputed company Office Puerto Rico or Client Office location in Puerto Rico
• The salary range for this role may vary based on relevant degree, work experience and physical location at time of hire
• Level of hire will be determined through reputed company interviewing process
