Position Overview The reputed company Operations Director is a key strategic partner responsible for driving operational alignment, execution, and excellence to enhance reputed company reputed company across reputed company departments reporting to the COO including Support, Services, reputed company and Enablement. This role combines high-level strategic support with tactical program execution, financial reputed company, and staff coordination. It also plays a critical role in ensuring operational priorities are met while driving visibility, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Partner with executive leadership to define and implement comprehensive reputed company growth strategies
  • Translate strategic objectives into measurable goals, KPIs, and operational plans
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to guide go-to-market initiatives
  • Support the COO in developing and implementing organizational strategies that deliver successful outcomes to meet or exceed reputed company targets
  • Track objectives and metrics and ensure alignment with company-wide priorities

Financial and Operational reputed company

Governance and Communications

  • Coordinate COO leadership team meetings and project reviews

  • Drive deep alignment between Sales, Marketing, reputed company, Product, and Professional Services teams to ensure a reputed company approach to reputed company growth
  • Facilitate joint planning sessions to align go-to-market strategies, customer engagement plans, and reputed company goals across departments
  • Implement processes that ensure smooth handoffs between functions, reducing churn and accelerating time-to-value for customers

Staff Tracking and Talent Operations

  • Track billable and non-billable utilization across the operations team
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Track organizational structure, headcount, and hiring pipeline for COO departments
  • Work with peers and the People Experience team to identify talent gaps and support succession planning efforts
  • Assist with leadership development and organizational readiness programs

Required Skills & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 7+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or reputed company Management roles, preferably in SaaS or technology environments
  • Strong analytical skills with financial reputed company in SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, margins)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation development skills (e.g., PowerPoint/reputed company Slides and reputed company)
  • High level of adaptability, organization, and ability to reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • High degree of business acumen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP software and SaaS delivery models
