Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that members of the community receive accurate information, support, and guidance throughout the administrative process. Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for members of the community seeking information about summonses, scheduling hearings, and paying fines
- Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner

- Investigate and attempt to resolve complaints from the public appearing before arenaflex

Hybrid Office / Remote Work Schedule

Minimum Qualifications
* High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community-centered activities in an area reputed company to duties described above
- Education and/or experience equivalent to "1" above
Preferred Skills
* Proficiency in Outlook, reputed company Word, and reputed company, with knowledge in reputed company
- Office experience and a demonstrable background dealing with members of the public
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- History of volunteerism, such as service in the AmericCorps or Peace Corps, viewed favorably
