Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Associate to reputed company the end-to-end management of customer relationships across multiple product offerings. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving business growth, and contributing to the development of our innovative software solution. Key Responsibilities
* Technical Product Support: Handle inbound support interactions, providing fast and effective solutions to customer issues reputed company call, text, or email. This will also involve rotating on-call 24/7 for at least 7 days per month.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they are satisfied with our services.
- Product Management: Serve as the liaison between our product team and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication on bug fixes and feature requests. You'll also work closely alongside engineers to provide customer feedback that shapes our product roadmap.
