Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and provide solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and industry knowledge
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese (Spanish speaking a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
Work Environment:
* Remote work opportunity with a flexible schedule
- 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm, with occasional Saturday shifts
