Responsibilities
As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about our clients' products and services, helping customers reputed company informed reputed company
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
