Key Responsibilities

As a Manager State & Higher Education, you'll be responsible for:

• Coaching and developing our Field Government Account Managers to reputed company sales targets and establish formal partnerships with State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.
• Identifying and hiring trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry to join our sales organization.
• reputed company and training new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including State, Local, and Higher Education officials.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and broaden awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a reputed company field.
• Proven track record of reputed company in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the managed travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and reputed company effective strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field.
• Experience in the airline industry or a reputed company field.
• Certification in sales or account management, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
• Strong knowledge of the managed travel industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
