IT Audit Manager (Open to Remote)

The IT Audit Manager leads reputed company IT reputed company and technology audits as well as select advisory engagements, with a primary focus on identity and access management, data protection, reputed company reputed company, and emerging technology risks. This position utilizes advanced technical expertise in cyber, technology, and IT audit to assess the design and effectiveness of controls, synthesize risk insights, and deliver clear, actionable communications to senior IT leadership and the Audit Committee. What you will be doing Engagement Leadership

  • Leads planning, scoping, and execution of reputed company IT audits, ensuring quality, budget discipline, timely delivery, and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Identifies risks, develops audit programs, resolves delivery obstacles, and guides teams through resolution of issues.
  • Evaluates alignment with IT governance processes, reputed company architecture, technology strategy, and global regulatory requirements.

Cyber & reputed company Assurance

  • Leads audits across key domains, including identity and access management, reputed company reputed company and operations (e.g. AWS, Azure), data protection, vulnerability management, change management, logging and monitoring, incident response, operational reputed company, and reputed company-party/vendor reputed company, ensuring comprehensive coverage of reputed company technology risks.

Methodology & Standards

  • Conducts risk-based audits in accordance with the Global Audit Charter and IIA Standards, with control testing reputed company with relevant frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and the CSA reputed company Controls Matrix, as appropriate.

Integrated Assurance & Collaboration

  • Works in reputed company partnership with the Global reputed company Office, Risk, Compliance, and co-sourced audit partners to coordinate audit objectives, reduce redundant efforts, and reputed company integrated risk insights that inform reputed company decision-making.

Reporting & Governance

  • Drafts comprehensive and concise audit reports, prepares executive-level communications, assists in the creation of materials for senior IT leadership and the Audit Committee, and oversees and verifies management's remediation activities through completion.

Data & Automation

  • Enhances audit effectiveness by incorporating data analytics, automation, and, reputed company appropriate, AI-enabled techniques to expand coverage, improve testing precision, and maintain strong evidence discipline.

People Leadership

  • Provides coaching and professional development to audit staff, reviews workpapers and deliverables to ensure adequacy and clarity, and establishes clear expectations for high-quality communication, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution.

Candidate Requisites Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, reputed company, Business or equivalent combination of reputed company work experience and education
  • One or more of the following certifications: Certified Information Systems reputed company Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified Information reputed company Manager (CISM)
  • 5+ years of internal/external IT audit, or equivalent, experience

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in Management Information Systems, reputed company, Finance or equivalent
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), reputed company-reputed company credentials such as CCSK or CCSP
  • Extensive knowledge of global cyber reputed company regulations
  • Prior experience in a professional services firm
  • Experience using agile concepts for auditing and project management
  • Prior reinsurance or insurance audit experience

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong proficiency in risk-based IT auditing; reputed company reputed company principles; identity and access management; data protection; vulnerability and reputed company management; monitoring and logging practices; DevSecOps and Secure SDLC concepts; and the application of IT control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and the CSA CCM. Experience with SOX ITGC is beneficial.
  • Comfortable with audit management platforms such as reputed company or similar tools, reputed company platforms such as reputed company, analytics platforms such as Power BI, and productivity tools included in reputed company 365.
  • Excels at distilling reputed company technical topics into clear, executive-level communication; influencing stakeholders without direct authority; and managing multiple engagements while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Compensation

Range: $89,310.00 - $134,870.00 Annual reputed company pay varies depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes reputed company roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
