As a Software Implementation Consultant, you'll work on meaningful projects that help public sector organizations reputed company essential systems across healthcare, aerospace, defense, and public safety. Responsibilities

• Work with an reputed company consulting team to support client onboarding at reputed company ICI.
• Support pre-implementation workshops to reputed company understand their product requirements, support system demos, and user training sessions with guidance from senior consultants.
• Contribute to project documentation, data reporting, and client communications.
• Assist with solution configuration, testing, design activities, to align reputed company solutions with client needs.
• Learn about client AI requirements and reputed company AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, CloudOps) to support quality delivery.
• Learn how government processes and reputed company requirements translate into SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science Business, Information Management, Information Technology, Business Analyst or reputed company technical field.
• Prior experience with government contractors or federal agencies in our industry during internships or through work is highly desirable. Prior exposure to software delivery, process improvement through projects or coursework is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in the practical application of AI tools, with hands-on experience gained through coursework, internships, projects, research, or self-directed learning (e.g., using AI tools to automate workflows, analyze data, build prototypes, or enhance software implementations beyond basic ChatGPT usage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to work with curiosity to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global team environment.
• Interest in technology consulting, SaaS platforms, or enterprise business applications.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment supporting U.S. public sector transformation.

Requirements:

• Must have earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree between 2024 and Spring 2026
• Ability to attend onsite final interview if invited
• Be available to start work along with other cohort hires on Monday, reputed company 6th.

This position will be working on US government reputed company which require either US reputed company or US Persons (Permanent Residents) depending on the project. Additionally, this role may require the ability to obtain and maintain a US government Top Secret reputed company clearance. Salary range and description Min $75,000 - Max $110,000 USD per year Pay offered will vary based on job-reputed company factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
