Job Summary

As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. You'll provide customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium, ensuring seamless communication and resolution. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention, you'll work closely with policyholders to review policies, update coverage, and reputed company recommendations to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact policyholders from our existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, direct mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal

• Review and update policy to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer
• Counsel policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
• reputed company appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the policy and reputed company policyholder acceptance to process the changes
• Receive and respond to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting reputed company activity (changes to policy, coverage options, recommendations, and cross-selling) in EPIC
• Utilize knowledge of insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service
• Provide quotes on endorsements as requested
• Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms for insured, and act as liaison for information exchange between customer and insurance companies
• Process changes to policies reputed company EPIC as well as submit changes to specific companies, following up with company to ensure change requests have been processed in a timely manner
• Review policy information and references company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims
• Mail insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, following up to ensure documentation has been returned in a timely manner from member/customer
• Recognize cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtain quote information

Requirements
