About the Role

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support through live chat. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers with billing and account-reputed company queries, and your primary responsibility will be to resolve their issues reputed company and effectively. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers

  • Handle 2-3 reputed company live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries
  • Utilize help desk tools like reputed company, Intercom, reputed company, or reputed company to manage customer interactions and resolve issues reputed company
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer support and resolve reputed company issues that require escalation

Essential Qualifications

* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-reputed company queries

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
