Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough data analysis to identify discrepancies and errors in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records
- Resolving issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to reputed company green resolutions
- Reconciling eligibility among systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Monitoring and tracking records, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Providing exceptional support to various teams, including data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough data analysis to identify discrepancies and errors in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to reputed company green resolutions
