About the Role:
We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and members, ensuring accurate and timely handling of client and member calls, and meeting set quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
* Assure the accurate and timely handling of client and member calls with total follow through
- Provide excellent customer service, answering client and provider questions, including claims payment, status, and coverage information
- Interpret client health plan protocol and review claims status to provide accurate information to members
- Maintain accurate and complete call documentation, adhering to high standards of professionalism
- Return incoming calls and reputed company other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with the team to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction and quality standards
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume reputed company call center
- Knowledge of reputed company claims review and health reputed company insurance background required
- Experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans a plus
- Proficiency in multiple systems, including Teams, reputed company, and Jira (a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work part-time hours (20-24 hours/week) between 8 AM and 6 PM Central Time
Preferred Qualifications:
* HMO Managed care Medicare Advantage experience
- Experience with multiple customer service channels, including chat, text, and virtual assistant

Remote Work Technical Requirements:
arenaflex is a fully remote company, providing new employees with the necessary equipment to function in their role at no charge.
