Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving reputed company issues and exceeding customer expectations
- Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its products
- Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its products
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance
- Experience with quality management systems and customer satisfaction metrics
