Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Be a Saudi national
- Minimum qualification of a high school degree - Passed
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and oral reputed company)
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 8 AM to 10 PM
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum 6+ months of Contact Center/ BPO experience in Voice Support is a plus
