Job Overview

As a reputed company Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical part in maintaining seamless operations, minimizing patient downtime, and ensuring our services run smoothly. You'll assist in the troubleshooting of medical devices and patient-facing app issues, assist in the completion of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), order device replacements as needed, and potentially assist with patient reputed company. You'll collaborate with internal teams, reputed company vendors, and support the deployment and return of hardware, ensuring that arenaflex's equipment is in reputed company condition and reputed company for operational use.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive support to our patients, addressing both hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime

• Assist in the troubleshooting of medical devices and patient-facing app issues
• Assist in the completion of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
• Order device replacements as needed
• Potentially assist with patient reputed company
• Collaborate with internal teams, reputed company vendors, and support the deployment and return of hardware
• Methodically document technical issues, resolutions, and processes to foster knowledge sharing and future reference
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, digital reputed company environment
• Ability to cross-collaborate with arenaflex's reputed company Party Logistics (3PL) and device support vendor to facilitate top-tier patient support for device troubleshooting

Essential Qualifications

* A proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a reputed company setting

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and the protection of sensitive health information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, providers, and team members, including the ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively and professionally
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, digital reputed company environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience conducting customer support calls with patients

Compensation
