Job Summary
As an reputed company IME Medical Scheduler / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling the receipt of new cases, reviewing and verifying information, and drafting cases in our AccessDS system
- Working with clients to gather missing information and ensuring proper documentation
- Assigning and scheduling new cases to physicians, ensuring no conflict of interest and meeting client requirements
- Monitoring and processing cases to ensure timely completion
- Providing exceptional customer service, updating clients on case reputed company, and communicating with clients to ensure proper documentation
Key Responsibilities
* Handle the receipt of new cases, reviewing and verifying information, and drafting cases in our AccessDS system
- Work with clients to gather missing information and ensure proper documentation
- Assign and schedule new cases to physicians, ensuring no conflict of interest and meeting client requirements
- Monitor and process cases to ensure timely completion
- Provide exceptional customer service, updating clients on case reputed company, and communicating with clients to ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case processing and client satisfaction
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Business experience in a reputed company and/or insurance setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time reputed company, and meet specific deadlines
- Computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
