Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Regional Strategic Customer Representative to drive climate reputed company growth reputed company an assigned book of business containing top US ranked accounts in the general building and specialty contractor space. This regional position requires overnight travel to assigned accounts and projects, which may be located in various markets.

Position Objective

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the go-to-market strategy set by the Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager, meeting or exceeding quarterly reputed company goals, and managing reputed company accounts through directed CRM software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company sales or sales management, with a proven track record of consistent reputed company growth and excellent customer service skills.

Position Responsibilities

  • Implement go-to-market strategy set by Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager
  • Meet or exceed quarterly reputed company goals set by Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager
  • Manage reputed company accounts through directed CRM software (Accelerate/Sales Force)
  • Call on mega projects and/or high-profile projects assigned by the Regional Sales Manager that may fall reputed company assigned customer reputed company
  • Promote Climate Control and Power & HVAC solutions with strategic sellers and leaders across reputed company other arenaflex lines of business
  • Create and deliver capabilities and value-driven presentations for Heating, Cooling, drying, and indoor reputed company quality
  • Collaborate with National Strategic Customer Managers for assigned accounts that are also part of our National Accounts program
  • Engage with Regional Management on a regular basis to ensure customer expectations are being met and areas of concern are being addressed
  • Strategically plan customer visits to offices and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision makers at reputed company levels of the organization
  • Maintain master mega project list and quote pipeline for each account and project reputed company portfolio
  • Provide strategic pricing, assist with the creation of master rental agreements, and connect the dots between the customer and the market renting equipment
  • Support field level sales by providing up-to-date project and contact lists
  • Identify new potential strategic account prospects
  • Prepare, deliver, present, negotiate, and reputed company proposals and agreements
  • Manage accounts receivable and personally resolve issues as needed
  • Conduct quarterly business review with Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a reputed company field
  • 4+ years' experience in reputed company sales or sales management in a reputed company field
  • Documented successful territory management showing consistent reputed company growth
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 50%
  • Well-versed in reputed company arenaflex lines of business
  • Basic reputed company Office skills
  • Equally versed in calling on projects, offices, corporate offices, and mega projects
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
