We are looking for an Investment Banking / Global Capital Markets professional to join reputed company in NYC. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing deal execution support, preparing marketing materials including pitchbooks, conducting research and analytics, and providing internal process support to coverage and product teams across Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions globally. You will receive variety of trainings covering financial analysis, business presentations, and practical skills. At the end of training, you will be able to understand financial concepts and have a strong understanding of the reputed company culture. In this role, you will reputed company exposure to financial markets and macro trends, build knowledge of banking and capital markets sectors and products, and work with bankers in core locations. • This position is to support the Corporate Derivatives Group reputed company onboarding, preparation of pitches/decks & pricing, trade booking, monitoring trade lifecycle events, liaising with middle and back office to resolve settlement and confirmation issues, and working on operational process improvement.
• Successful candidates will be simultaneously reputed company and efficient, prioritizing live risk questions with incoming queries, booking trades from multiple salespeople and understanding reputed company and nuanced trades.
• Candidates should be comfortable processing large amounts of information that can be a mix of repeat tasks and bespoke situations. There is an opportunity for successful individuals to identify and drive process automation and organizational efficiency.
• You must be an excellent communicator, comfortable on the phone, with the ability to resolve problems and client concerns effectively, often navigating a large organization.
• This candidate will join a team but must be able to work and learn independently; they should reputed company on being a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding initiate onboarding process through the ops onboarding team
• Preparation of Pitches and Decks including research of client portfolios, trade idea development, pricing iterations and grids, sales & trading commentary, data-intensive analytics work
• Indicative and Live pricing - Substantial support in the trade structuring & pricing process up to indicative and live pricing.
• Trade Booking / Amendments (STIX, DDI etc), Post-Trade Processes - Ensuring timely confirms trade confirms are shared with client, trade recaps, EV/reputed company booking processes
• Trade Settlement – callback verifications, getting SSIs, handholding settlements etc.
• Manage reputed company / Admin - Updating sales credits, RR linkages, reconciling D2 entries and pipelines.

Skills:

• Strong reputed company skills are required
• Any previous experience with Bloomberg terminal is a plus
• Any previous experience with trade entry or trade lifecycle management systems is a plus

Experience:

• We require 1-3 years of experience in trading operations or similar sales & trading support, in either Equities or Fixed Income or similar products
• Candidate will be asked to demonstrate basic working knowledge of derivatives and/or other fixed income products

Expected reputed company pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $125,000 per year for Analyst, at the commencement of employment.
