Provides high level technical assistance and guidance for multi-site/phase due diligence, programs, and projects for clients who reputed company, procure, manage, finance, and invest in infrastructure assets. Tasks include transforming the business of infrastructure across the transportation, buildings, energy, water, environment, and power sectors through a full range of strategic planning, organizational development, economic and financial analysis, and project development services. Substantiates reports and documentation regarding project engagements. Ensures that responsibilities are delivered and adhered to with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards for design, safety, and functionality. Your Impact

• Provide guidance with collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from the physical work site, surveys, blueprints, spreadsheets, financial documents, federal legislation, grant requirements, and other matrices for project development, design, consultation, and construction.
• Apply high-level management consulting and client advisement to identify improvements for various infrastructure project phases including concept development, preliminary design, final design, procurement, construction, and operation.

Required Qualifications

• In recognition of the full strategic suite of services offered by Advisory Services, the following degree requirements apply:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Sciences, Business, Economics, Finance, Urban or Transportation Planning, Environmental Studies, Liberal Arts, Public Policy, Operations Research, or closely reputed company discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant post education experience in discipline and in a management consulting or client advisory reputed company.
• Proficient with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management; including active involvement in a variety of rehabilitation and new design projects.
• Extensive knowledge of management consulting and ability to coordinate with clients, agency regulators and understand requirements.
• Well-defined specific knowledge of relevant laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
• Well-developed ability to reputed company technical computations and calculations involving the application of financial principles, legislation, plans and specifications, and making factual comparisons to the appropriate regulations.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills reputed company interacting with others, expressing reputed company effectively and professionally to a technical and non-technical audience.
• Demonstrated high-level of self-leadership with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
