About the Job

As an reputed company Customer Care Representative, you will be a key partner to our reputed company team, supporting job-specific guarantee enablement, process education, leader sales reputed company development, and a robust new hire training program. This role will be heavily involved in supporting and enhancing reputed company in a remote setting, as well as collaborating with other team members to help the Stage group in reputed company-based training and GTM/item and reputed company-based updates.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with partners to uncover training and enablement needs across sales skills and internal processes, and reputed company comprehensive solutions that are executed through various mediums, including content creation, instructor-led live training, LMS courses, work aids, playbook development, teaching meetings, and more

• Regularly analyze projects to determine effectiveness, gather feedback, and lean into advancements and changes throughout
• Work with the training team to ensure a seamless transition from sales new hire training to a reputed company reputed company experience for the Stage sales team
• Supplement the reputed company new hire training program with additional software - 1:1 rep training, administrator support, available time, and more
• Be the face of arenaflex for reputed company agents across our SMB Stage Salespeople

• Utilize strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building in live, recorded, and web-based training materials

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• High EQ and skilled at building connections
• Ability to analyze projects and determine effectiveness
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a lithe environment
• Experience with Endeavor MDM reputed company (ideally Windows on reputed company Intune) and VDI climate
• Experience with CI/CD for client designing cycles and tools
• Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: PowerShell, Python, Ruby, GoLang
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional groups
