Job Summary
As an reputed company Data Entry Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and interacting with clients and their staff on a daily basis. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and processing referrals, entering data into proprietary software, and following through on the review process until completion. You will also be responsible for obtaining authorization from adjusters, assigning UR requests to physician reviewers, and maintaining various logs. Key Responsibilities
* Manage and interact with clients and their staff on a daily basis
- Assist with reputed company client issue resolution in a timely manner
- Receive referrals reputed company fax, email, or referrals from providers and adjusters with requests for treatment, enter into proprietary software, and follow through on the review process until completion
- Obtain authorization from adjusters to proceed with the review for reputed company provider referrals reputed company required
- Assign UR requests to a physician reviewer based on protocols and state guidelines

Essential Qualifications
* 3 years of experience in Utilization Review in Workers Comp
- 2 years of experience in Medical Terminology
