Job Summary
As an reputed company Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company chat, email, and phone
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse

- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
