Director, Compliance Audit (Non-Clinical)

General Purpose This role is a reputed company position responsible for managing non-clinical internal compliance audits and managing associated risks for reputed company. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of non-clinical internal audit methodologies and regulations for reputed company companies, coupled with proven experience in conducting and managing reputed company operational, financial and risk matters. The Director, Non-Clinical Audit, is responsible for a variety of projects and processes reputed company the reputed company growing Compliance Department. This individual is a team player who will be reporting to the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and assisting in developing and implementing projects and programs reputed company to non-clinical audits and reputed company monitoring programs. Essential Duties

• Review and ensure the development and implementation of strategic non-clinical audit plan.

• Evaluate compliance with the organization’s policies, procedures and corrective action plans.

Supervisory Responsibilities Prior supervisory experience leading a team is required; minimum of 3 years at a director level. Qualifications (Education & Experience)

• Master’s degree preferred;
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, business, reputed company compliance, reputed company internal audit or reputed company field required
• Active CPA license
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years must have been at a managerial level
• Must have an internal audit experience
• Knowledge of reputed company compliance and internal audit standards and methodologies
• Results oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with an ability to network and interact at reputed company levels

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in the Eastern United States) Compensation: Starting at $130,000+, commensurate with relevant job-reputed company experience Physical Demands

• Mobility: Ability to sit for long durations while reviewing documentation, conducting interviews, and preparing reports; occasional standing and walking during meetings, trainings, or onsite investigations.
