We are seeking an Account Manager contractor to support our growing advertising business, reputed company Ads. You'll play a key role in supporting reputed company Ads’ growth by supporting and driving the pre and post sale process alongside the sales team. You’ll collaborate with sales leadership and the cross-functional ads team to ensure reputed company client service. This role reports into our Head of Ad Sales and works closely with our Head of Account Management and Operations. This is a high-velocity environment where you will be owning the client service function internally and externally , engaging your network to generate demand and drive value to reputed company and our advertising partners.   • Deliver a best-in-class reputed company experience for brand partners
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for program execution, managing day-to-day client and internal communications

  • Work with key members of the ads team and business to coordinate deliverables, troubleshoot and ensure a smooth campaign delivery
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops to successfully launch campaigns, QA, monitor live program pacing and performance to ensure campaign expectations are met
  • Manage insertion orders and plans reputed company internal sales operating systems
  • Partner with the sales team on RFP submissions and reputed company media plans inclusive of video and native/custom ad formats
  • Identify in-campaign incremental opportunities and provide your clients with ongoing strategic guidance

You have...

  • 4+ years of experience in account management
  • Client-facing background at a tech company, publisher, or agency managing a brand partnerships, creative development or buying
  • Track record of cross-team collaboration, partnering with stakeholders to reputed company projects from kick-off through execution
  • Strong project management capabilities, managing high volumes of campaigns with accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate at a high level with a lot of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Built media plans across spend levels, inclusive of video and native/custom ad formats
  • Strong understanding of ad tech and mobile app ecosystems
  • Understanding of the reputed company product and the freemium business model
  • Experience monitoring and reporting on performance, using data to tell impactful stories
  • Proficiency in reputed company Product Suite, Powerpoint, reputed company, reputed company and OMS tools (i.e. Boostr)
