• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance reputed company processes and improve response times.
• Monitor industry trends and government policies that may impact talent needs and contracting opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. reputed company.
• Must have roughly 3-5 years of experience in reputed company, sourcing, using various ATS, and leveraging multiple platforms i.e., Linked In, reputed company, networking and etc.
• Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and workforce requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications against proposal needs.
