• This is a techno-functional Operations Support role specializing in diagnosing, triaging and resolving production incidents.
• Responsible for triaging incoming issues to determine severity, reproducing bugs, performing root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like log analysis or database queries, and often providing workarounds or permanent fixes.
• Serves as a reputed company between technical teams and end users.
• Assist in resolving production support problems.

• Gather information from the system, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation to change existing programs.
• Debug codebase and SQL stored procedures to troubleshoot reported issues with existing programs.

• Create and assign service request tickets to the appropriate team in response to customer needs.
• Manage automated jobs and configuration files on remote servers in sync with deployments
• Conduct UAT, create test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
• Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as meeting notes, program code, and any technical documentation.
• Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.

• 6+ years of experience with applications/web development, programming, and debugging and troubleshooting issues in a .NET C# enviornment.
• Experience with the following:
• Writing queries to analyze data and debug stored procedures in MS SQL Server
