Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on a seasonal basis. As a Data Entry Associate/ Order Blaster, you'll be responsible for processing large business orders, updating spreadsheet information, and communicating with other departments. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing reputed company incoming reputed company (Macro and Non-Macro) orders
• Formatting reputed company orders as needed
• Setting up Profiles for reputed company reputed company orders
• Processing incoming reputed company orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner to meet demanding deadlines
• Processing incoming Treasury Batch orders reputed company while meeting deadlines for Treasury
• Executing Customer Gift History lists
• Entering Catalog requests and address changes
• Managing incoming communications in a reputed company, efficient, timely, and professional manner meeting reputed company accuracy and productivity standards
• Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing reputed company available resources
• Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 6 months of data entry experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division
• Type 35 wpm
• Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer
