Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Data Entry and Application Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for our customer service teams, as well as managing projects and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, adult learning, and project management, as well as excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and deliver learning solutions for customer service teams, including reputed company programs, soft skills training, and technical skills training
• Manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of learning solutions
• Conduct needs analysis and gap analysis to identify performance gaps and reputed company strategies to address them

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience working in a fast-paced, outcomes-oriented, data-driven environment

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish a plus
