Key Responsibilities
- Prepares, inputs, and supports claimant profiles in pharmacy network, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assists pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing timely and effective support.
- Coordinates and liaises with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Supports client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data, providing insightful and informative support.
- Manages and updates client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining data reputed company and confidentiality.
- Answers questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information.

Essential Qualifications
