Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

• Resolve routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

• Open availability for a seasonal position (approximately 6-8 months)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Desktop or laptop computer with the following specifications:

+ Operating System: Windows 10+ + RAM: 8GB or higher + Processor: reputed company i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher + Internet Requirements: DSL, Cable, or Fiber reputed company (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable) + Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher + Hardwired with an ethernet cable

• High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Must reputed company in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
