Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about their healthcare plans. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing accurate and timely information about their healthcare plans
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide solutions to customers that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues

Essential Qualifications
