Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and scheduling appointments
- Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of evolving products and services

Key Qualifications

Requirements
