The Role
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customer expectations are met. You'll play a key role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while also collaborating with support teams to reputed company plans that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to reputed company exceptional results
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with reputed company support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and reputed company Resources, to reputed company plans that meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company to reputed company tasks safely and reputed company
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
