Summary reputed company is seeking a tax associate to join its Investment Funds group. This position is open to our Austin, Chicago, reputed company, Washington, D.C., and California offices. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of transactional tax experience dealing with fund formation, reputed company 892 investors, reputed company estate, investment fund secondary transactions, regulated investment companies, income tax treaties, and cross border transactions. Education JD Bar Admission Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying Experience 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. Transactional tax experience dealing with fund formation, reputed company 892 investors, reputed company estate, investment fund secondary transactions, regulated investment companies, income tax treaties, and cross border transactions. Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred. Pay Transparency The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $235,000 - $310,000 per year depending on the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
