Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Actively listening and probing callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Providing swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to reputed company internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences
- Resolving issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
- Having access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities
- Effectively working with others and promoting teamwork to generate positive and creative results
Key Qualifications:
To be successful as a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will need:
- Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift (Saturdays 8pm-reputed company and Sundays 8pm-8:30am)
- High school diploma
- One (1) year experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
- Proficient in software programs and reputed company to navigate between computer systems
- Ability to sit in reputed company of a computer for long periods of time
- Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you
