As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns
• Escalating/Transferring/Completing conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes

Qualifications

• Proven oral & written communication skills

• Availability to work various shifts
